Bluesquare seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact immunization program in the DRC, coordinating a multi-partner team across Kinshasa and field sites. The role requires strong digital health know-how and a proactive, analytical mindset to drive results in a demanding environment.

You will work closely with MoH partners and donors, ensuring high-quality deliverables, robust governance, and effective risk management through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of digital project management experience in international development or global health.
• Experience with immunization programs (EPI/PEV) preferred.
• Proven track record managing medium-to-large, multi-partner projects.
• Knowledge of the DRC health system and MoH structures is valued.
• Excellent oral and written French and English communication (C1 in both).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret monitoring data and guide decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management across design to delivery, including budgets and donor reporting.
• Coordinate with partners, country managers, and technical leads for roadmaps.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and integration into existing processes.
• Interface with immunization tools and data platforms (geospatial targeting, DHIS2, OpenHEXA).
• Manage field coordination in Kinshasa and Kinshasa/Kasaï hubs; support capacity building.
• Participate in proposal development and continuous improvement of tools.
