Engineering International Belgium seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ICT projects in a hybrid setting, coordinating multiple teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, over 5 years of experience, solid knowledge of SDLC, PM methodologies (PM2/CAPM), and familiarity with Agile approaches. Collaboration across cultures and clear stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using project management tools.
• Knowledge of PM2, CAPM or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile/iterative methodologies.
• Experience with quality procedures and risk management.
• Experience reporting to Steering Committees or senior management.
• Experience or advanced literacy in AI-related applications and use cases.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage ICT projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Define project strategies, plans, tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams and monitor execution.
• Manage risks, quality, changes, costs, timelines and resources.
• Prepare and maintain project and quality plans.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status reports.
• Review deliverables for adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in working groups, progress meetings, and governance meetings.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at different levels.
• Provide leadership and support to project team members.
