EY in Belgium seeks a Junior Personal Income Tax Compliance Consultant within the Global Mobility Tax team. You will help multinational clients move talent and ensure Belgian tax compliance, including income tax returns and payroll matters, in an international setting.

Join Diegem or Antwerp offices to collaborate across HR, payroll and mobility teams, building strong client relationships while developing your expertise in personal income tax and related advisory services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law, Economics or related field relevant to tax.
• Interest in personal tax and payroll in an international environment.
• Proficient in Dutch or French and English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Available to start September 26 (or earlier).

Responsabilités

• Work for clients and employees in an international setting to comply with Belgian tax obligations (income tax returns, payrolls, communications with tax authorities).
• Assist with cross-border employment and Belgian/international tax implications.
• Build relationships with payroll, mobility, HR stakeholders and employees as the primary contact for compliance tasks.
• Own day-to-day deliverables and apply in-depth knowledge to resident/non-resident returns and related processes.
• Set up payroll for international clients and provide related consultation.
