EY Belgium is seeking an Executive Director Immigration to lead our immigration team, shaping strategy and client delivery across Belgium and beyond. Diegem will be your main office, with flexible working from home or other EY offices in Antwerp, Ghent or Hasselt.

You will drive business development, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and partner with internal PAS teams to provide end-to-end mobility services while leveraging AI trends to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law or Economics preferred.
• At least 10+ years of leadership in advising multinational organizations on immigration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven BD track record.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian, European and global immigration legislation.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• People-centric leader with strong communication and coaching skills.
• Interest in applying AI trends in a professional context.

Responsabilités

• Define strategic priorities and roadmap for immigration services.
• Lead business development by spotting market opportunities and guiding proposals.
• Contribute to thought leadership, service innovation, and EY's market reputation.
• Oversee transformation of service delivery with digitalisation and new tech.
• Build relationships with global immigration network, authorities, and policymakers.
• Coach and mentor immigration team members to deliver excellent client service.
• Collaborate with PAS teams to serve as a one-stop shop for global mobility clients.
