EY in Diegem, Belgium, seeks an Executive Director Immigration to lead our immigration practice and shape strategic direction for Belgium and global mobility services.

You will drive business development, oversee delivery transformation with digitalisation, coach the team, and collaborate with PAS peers to offer a one-stop service for multinational clients.

Flexible working arrangements apply, with offices in Antwerp, Ghent or Hasselt, and a strong focus on AI integration in immigration practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law or economics.
• 10+ years advising multinationals on immigration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven BD track record.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian, European and global immigration laws.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Define strategic priorities and design the roadmap for immigration services.
• Drive business development, spot opportunities and lead client discussions.
• Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and EY’s market reputation.
• Oversee service delivery transformation and adoption of new technologies.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including policy makers.
• Coach and mentor the immigration team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with PAS teams to offer a one-stop shop for clients.
