Bruker BioSpin in Gent is seeking a Service Engineer for Global Services & Support Imaging SLS BBIO Group, handling 2nd level and on-site support for Cubes and PCI imaging technologies. You will analyze complex technical issues, collaborate with first level engineers, and contribute to knowledge bases to boost service efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar field, strong troubleshooting, and fluency in English (Dutch/French a plus).

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a similar role (Field Service or Maintenance).
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and Salesforce.com.
Extensive experience with Imaging tech (PCI, NMI, mCT) or related fields.
Strong troubleshooting abilities and service mindset.
Independent ownership and timely case resolution.
Fluency in English; Dutch/French is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Provide 2nd level support for PCI imaging technologies focusing on Cubes, both remote and on-site.
Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes and outline solutions.
Collaborate with first level engineers and escalate as needed, with remote or on-site interventions.
Assist in dispatching support tasks via the CRM/ERP system.
Identify opportunities to improve second-level support processes.
Maintain operational 1st level activities for PCI technologies and related devices.
Create, manage, maintain, and complete service reports and orders.
