Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging or 4 years in Electromechanical industries.
- CT experience and OEM training highly preferred.
- Open to travel 90% of the time on the field.
Responsibilities
- Delivers technical support both onsite and remote.
- Documents service activities accurately.
- Acts as a specialized resource for assigned business groups.
- Tracks customer interaction time and service outcomes.
- Prepares for service visits effectively.
- Addresses customer escalations and feedback.
- Executes moderately to complex service tasks.
- Identifies potential sales opportunities during service visits.
- Develops and maintains technical expertise on assigned products.
