Philips Iberica SAU in Brussels is looking for a Field Service Engineer IGT Systems. You will provide hands-on and remote technical support, delivering outstanding customer service while building your expertise.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging or 4 years in Electromechanical fields, with strong troubleshooting skills. The role requires fluency in French and English, and readiness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging or 4 years in Electromechanical industries.
• CT experience and OEM training highly preferred.
• Open to travel 90% of the time on the field.

Responsabilités

• Delivers technical support both onsite and remote.
• Documents service activities accurately.
• Acts as a specialized resource for assigned business groups.
• Tracks customer interaction time and service outcomes.
• Prepares for service visits effectively.
• Addresses customer escalations and feedback.
• Executes moderately to complex service tasks.
• Identifies potential sales opportunities during service visits.
• Develops and maintains technical expertise on assigned products.
