• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Visiting customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades.
• Providing input to improve product reliability and feedback to the business units and field services.
• Cooperate with the Technical Assistance Centre Support Team to ensure smooth and fast processes and information flow.
• Working closely with our Sales teams by ensuring good communication for opportunities & escalations.
