Leica Biosystems is hiring a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, maintenance and repair of diagnostic products at customer sites across Belgium and beyond. You will troubleshoot faults, perform upgrades, and contribute to service quality while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a technically educated background (Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electronic fields) and fluent English, Dutch and French, with the ability to travel and communicate effectively with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic direction.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Visiting customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades.
• Provide input to improve product reliability and feedback to business units and field services.
• Cooperate with the Technical Assistance Centre Support Team to ensure smooth processes and information flow.
• Work closely with Sales teams by ensuring good communication for opportunities and escalations.
