AB InBev is excited to offer the Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme in Belgium as a first step to a future leadership career. You will join a structured, high‑visibility path with 3–4 month rotations across Sales, Commercial, and Supply & Logistics, supported by a 70‑20‑10 development model and senior stakeholder exposure.

The program targets recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, up to two years of work experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's (or equivalent) before September 2027.
• No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs excluded).
• Fluent English is required and you must have a work permit for the country of application.

Responsabilités

• Work on real business projects in Sales, Commercial, and Supply & Logistics.
• Rotate through 3–4 month assignments during the GMT program.
• Engage in a 70-20-10 learning approach with on-the-job learning, exposure to other areas, and formal training.
• Travel within your country of application and across Europe if required.
