Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is launching a Commercial Young Graduate Program based in Brussels, Belgium. Starting in September 2027, the three-year journey rotates you through Field Sales, Key Account Management, and more, with field visits to customers and close collaboration with sales teams across Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will be coached by leaders and receive training in leadership, communication, and commercial excellence, supported by a strong rewards package and early career growth

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch or French and good command of English.
• Bachelor's or master's in commercial, business or analytical field.
• Recent graduate or max 18 months of professional experience.
• Hold a valid driving licence (B) and willing to travel across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year development journey across different commercial functions (Field Sales, Key Account Management, Category & Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Customer Marketing, Route to Market, Business Analytics & Insights).
• Based primarily in Brussels with field visits to customers and close collaboration with sales teams across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Receives coaching from experienced leaders and dedicated training in leadership, communication, commercial excellence and stakeholder management.
