Johnson & Johnson invites graduates to join the Young Graduate Development Program in Beerse, Belgium, a three-year rotational program spanning multiple Supply Chain functions. Intake is September 2027, with a structured path through Operations, Distribution, and Customer Service.

Youll rotate across Beerse, Geel or Ghent, paired with a Development Manager, and will build a broad network while delivering value to patients and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• You will obtain a Scientific Master's degree in 2027 and have a strong interest in Supply Chain.
• An additional Master in Management is considered a plus to develop the necessary business acumen.
• You have the brainpower and innate drive to make the difference and achieve results. Thanks to your analytical skills you manage to understand complex issues and related business needs.
• You are decisive, proactive and not shy to take ownership
• You can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Thanks to your communicative and interpersonal skills you manage to work together with different levels of our organization.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through Operations Management, Clinical and Advanced Therapies Distribution, and Warehouse Engineering.
• Engage with the EMEA distribution network and Transportation teams.
• Build a professional network through project and operational assignments.
• Receive mentorship from Assignment Manager and Development Manager.
