Johnson & Johnson Beerse is launching a three-year Young Graduate Development Program in Supply Chain Pharmaceutical Production. The program rotates across Beerse, Geel and Ghent, exposing you to operations, engineering, analytics, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• You will obtain a Scientific Master’s degree in 2027 and have a strong interest in Production & Supply Chain.
• An additional Master’s in Management is considered a plus to develop the necessary business acumen.
• You have an innate drive to make the difference and achieve results. Thanks to your analytical skills you manage to understand complex issues and related business needs.
• You are decisive and you have the brainpower and drive to deal with various issues and projects simultaneously.
• Thanks to your communicative and interpersonal skills you manage to work together with different levels of our organization.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year rotational program across Supply Chain Beerse, Geel or Ghent.
• Rotate across operations, engineering, analytics, business excellence & strategy, quality, planning, project leadership and people management.
• Receive development guidance from an Assignment Manager and a dedicated Development Manager.
• Build a broad view of Johnson & Johnson’s supply chain and growth opportunities.
