Johnson & Johnson Beerse invites high-potential graduates to join the three-year Young Graduate Development Program in the Supply Chain area. The program rotates across Beerse, Geel or Ghent, exposing you to manufacturing, packaging and end-to-end planning, with a focus on developing leadership and technical skills.

You will obtain a Scientific Master’s degree in 2027 and should have a keen interest in Production & Supply Chain, with fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science with strong interest in Production & Supply Chain (2027).
• An additional Master’s in Management is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
