AB InBev invites recent graduates to join the Graduate Management Trainee program based in Leuven, Belgium. Over 10 months you’ll rotate through Sales, Commercial, and Supply & Logistics on real business projects, guided by a 70-20-10 learning approach.

You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (by Sept 2027) and ≤2 years’ professional experience, with fluent English and German or Spanish. Expect geographic mobility and cross-border exposure.

What is it?

Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme is a

• 10 months program starting in August 2027
• 3–4-month rotations within the program
• As a junior talent, you will work on real business projects situated in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics
• You will have a 70-20-10 learning and development approach, where 70% Learning on the Job, 20% Exposure to Other, 10% Formal Learning & Training
• As a GMT – Expansion Markets, you will be based in Leuven, Belgium, with an initial focus on our Expansion Markets. Expansion is one of AB InBev’s most diverse business areas, spanning around 50 countries across Europe, the Middle East and beyond. From high-potential growth markets such as Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Greece and the Canary Islands to Travel Retail, you’ll work across a unique mix of cultures, consumers and routes to market.This is your opportunity to navigate complex markets, unlock new growth opportunities and make an impact across borders.

You are willing to become a future leader within AB InBev, and should be comfortable with an ambiguous career track, and expect geographic mobility.

To be eligible:

• You must have graduated (before September 2027 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
• You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
• Your passion and ownership are more important than the subject you studied.
• Fluent English is needed, as well as German or Spanish.
• A valid permanent visa/work permit is required in the country of application to be eligible for the programme.
• During the 10-month program and beyond, you might be required to travel within your country of application and across Europe.
