Job summary

BDO is seeking a Coordinator, Operations and Projects in Ethics & Independence to manage complex, global programmes. You will coordinate projects, maintain trackers and improve governance, working with SMEs, member firms and leadership teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of programme or PMO coordination experience in a global or regulated environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies.
• Excellent written communication for minutes, reports, and briefs.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects supporting international ethics and independence standards.
• Develop end‑to‑end project plans with SME input and deadlines.
• Manage deliverables from drafting to publication and communication.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues; provide weekly status updates.
• Coordinate governance and reporting to support decision‑making across regions.
• Maintain trackers, templates, and intranet content for consistency.
