BDO Belgium seeks a Compliance Manager to lead high-impact regulatory initiatives and build a capable team focused on digital compliance. You will oversee client projects, improve processes, and guide clients through complex regulatory landscapes while mentoring junior consultants.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, analytical rigor, and experience with compliance technologies in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture at BDO. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.

• Proven Compliance Leadership: 5+ years in compliance, with experience in leading projects and/or managing teams.
• Analytical Strength: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them effectively.
• Digital Proficiency: Experience with compliance tools and a willingness to leverage digital solutions for continuous improvement.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English for seamless client and team communication.
• Educational Background: Master’s degree in a relevant field; additional compliance certifications are a plus.
