Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of complex engineering projects in an international setting. You will translate sales into execution, lead project initiations, manage cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, quality delivery for global customers.

Responsibilities include defining phase-gate milestones, monitoring schedules and costs, coordinating reviews and tests, and supporting commissioning while traveling up to 8 weeks annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical, food or chemical industry.
• Experience managing international customer-supplier relationships for complex technical projects.
• Strong analytical and people management skills to steer and motivate engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Finalize project scope with sales and customers during the final sales phase.
• Define and manage the phase-gate approach throughout the project duration.
• Lead internal and customer-facing project initiations and manage project teams via regular meetings.
• Oversee project engineers, review technical documentation, and monitor project schedules and milestones.
• Control project costs and provide detailed reporting on financial status and forecasts.
• Identify risks and mitigate to ensure project success.
• Coordinate customer review meetings and acceptance tests while supporting commissioning during startup.
