Pauwels Consulting seeks a Project Planner & Scheduler to manage complex timelines and interdependencies across technical initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector. You will maintain schedules, analyze monthly progress, and generate weekly reports to keep programs on track.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of planning experience, strong MSP/MSP Online skills, and expertise in S-curve and critical path reporting. English fluency is essential for cross-site collaboration and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling in technical/pharma environments.
• Advanced MSP/MSP Online proficiency.
• Strong S-curve reporting and critical path management.
• Familiarity with SQRA and Monte Carlo risk analysis.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update overall project schedules and monthly progress analysis files.
• Generate weekly management reports for project and program schedules.
• Produce progress charts and S-curve updates for each project package.
• Monitor and report on equipment physical progress from various suppliers.
• Identify critical tasks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
• Support SQRA activities and perform schedule Monte Carlo analysis.
• Lead independent schedule review sessions and map cross-project interactions.
