ENGIBEX, a Belgian engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager to finalize project scope with sales and the customer. You will define and manage the phase-gate approach, initiate projects with customers and internally, and lead the project team through regular project team meetings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering, solid PM experience in pharmaceutical, food or chemical industries, and proven ability to manage international customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electro-, mechanical-, chemical engineering, or bioengineering.
• Proven project management experience in pharma, food or chemical industries.
• Experience managing international customer-supplier relationships.
• Strong people management and analytical skills to handle complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interdepartmental collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the phase-gate approach across the full project.
• Lead project team through regular project team meetings.
• Control and report project costs and cost to come.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Report status to management and project steering committee.
• Invite the customer to project review meetings and project acceptance tests.
• Support commissioning engineers during startup.
