Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of complex engineering projects in an international setting. You will translate sales into execution, lead project initiations, manage cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, quality delivery for global customers.

Responsibilities include defining phase-gate milestones, monitoring schedules and costs, coordinating reviews and tests, and supporting commissioning while traveling up to 8 weeks annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical, food or chemical industry.
• Experience managing international customer-supplier relationships for complex technical projects.
• Strong analytical and people management skills to steer and motivate engineering teams.

• You hold a Master in Electro, Mechanical, Chemical, or Bio-Engineering.
• You have 5+ years of experience as a project manager within the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry.
• You possess experience managing international customer-supplier relationships for complex technical projects.
• You bring strong analytical and people management skills to steer and motivate engineering teams.
• You have a solid knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
• You're prepared to travel internationally for short periods up to 8 weeks per year.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
