Planet Pharma in Brussels seeks a senior consultant to lead global rollout efforts, omnichannel enablement, and CRM readiness across markets. You will craft rollout documents, training materials, and operating models, collaborating with country stakeholders to standardize processes and adoption.

This hands-on role requires independence, proactive problem solving, and strong written and verbal English communication.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in global rollouts, omnichannel and CRM programs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical digital enablement and change management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Support global rollout and adoption of eWizard across markets.
• Develop rollout docs, operating models, and enablement materials.
• Create onboarding content, training assets, FAQs, guidance documents.
• Support CRM readiness and future CRM migrations.
• Capture insights and drive continuous improvements.
