Qualifications

• Seven years’ experience in international development or related field.
• Proven track record writing bids/proposals for donors such as EU institutions or governments.
• Strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Experience planning donor visits and field immersion experiences.
• Budget preparation and financial oversight experience.
• Excellent written communication and persuasive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor engagement strategy with major international partners, especially in Brussels.
• Develop tailored engagement plans, impact reports and communications.
• Plan and deliver high-profile donor visits and immersion experiences.
