Job summary

TVH is seeking an expert in customs legislation and international trade to advise stakeholders and ensure seamless compliance. You will monitor regulations, act as an internal advisor across departments, and drive efficiency in processes.

The role includes training internal teams, analyzing impact of regulatory changes, and supporting audits and licenses. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; Belgian-based position with hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in customs and trade compliance.
• Experience in legal analysis, compliance, risk management.
• Knowledge of global customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Familiarity with trade compliance software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply, monitor and oversee customs legislation and trade regulations.
• Advise departments on import/export requirements and compliance risks.
• Analyze processes to identify risks and drive efficiency.
• Advise on tariff classification and rules of origin.
• Deliver training on customs compliance procedures.
