Job summary

TVH Parts Holding NV is a global parts specialist seeking an expert in customs legislation and international trade to advise business stakeholders and ensure compliant operations across our supply chain.

You will monitor regulatory changes, advise on tariffs, rules of origin, export controls, and support audits while delivering practical training to internal teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
• Experience in customs and trade compliance functions (2-3 years).
• Knowledge of global customs regulations, trade compliance and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct application, monitoring and oversight of customs legislation and trade regulations.
• Act as internal advisor on import/export requirements and trade compliance risks across departments.
• Analyze processes to identify risks, optimize procedures and drive efficiency improvements.
• Advise on product tariff classification, manage rules of origin and preferential trade agreements, and perform export controls.
• Develop and deliver training on customs compliance procedures and best practices.
• Monitor changes in international trade legislation and assess impact on operations.
• Support internal audits and assist with customs authority inquiries and licenses.
