EF Language Abroad is seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our Belgium office. This role focuses on administrative coordination, customer service, and helping students during their stay abroad.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with bookings and travel coordination, and support the team in handling calls and emails. Ideal candidates are highly organized, enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, and speak Dutch at C1/C2 level.

Competenze

• Dutch language at C1/C2 level
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in customer service, administration, teaching, or travel sector is an asset

Mansioni

• Student support: Help students and their parents with questions, ensuring a pleasant and smooth experience.
• Bookings and travel coordination: Follow up on student bookings, manage flight proposals, and request transfers to schools.
• Administrative tasks: Handle incoming calls and emails and contribute to managing the support service.
