EF Language Abroad in Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our Belgium Office. You will support students and families with questions, coordinate bookings, and assist with travel arrangements, while gaining hands-on experience in a multicultural environment.

We value organized, proactive learners with Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) language skills, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Competenze

• C1/C2 level in Dutch.
• B2 level in English.
• Experience in customer service or administration is a plus.

Mansioni

• Student support: Help students and their parents with their questions, ensuring they have a pleasant and smooth experience.
• Bookings and travel coordination: Follow up on student bookings, manage flight proposals, and request transfers to schools.
• Administrative tasks: Handle incoming calls and emails and contribute to managing the support service.

About the internship:

We are looking for a customer service intern to join our team! This internship involves administrative coordination, customer service, and problem-solving tasks to support students throughout their stay abroad with us.

Your responsibilities:

• Student support: Help students and their parents with their questions, ensuring they have a pleasant and smooth experience.
• Bookings and travel coordination: Follow up on student bookings, manage flight proposals, and request transfers to schools.

What we are looking for:

• C1/C2 level in Dutch

• Experience in customer service, administration, teaching, or the travel sector is an asset!
