EF Language Abroad is seeking a Customer Service Intern for our Belgium Office. You will assist students and parents, coordinate bookings and travel, and handle calls and emails to support the stay abroad experience.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a diverse team environment. DF languages and travel-adjacent experience are a plus; this is an on-site internship in Belgium.

Competenze

C1/C2 level in Dutch
B2 level in English
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A customer service mindset
Experience in customer service, administration, teaching, or travel sector is an asset!

Mansioni

Student support: Help students and parents with questions for a smooth experience.
Bookings and travel coordination: Follow up on bookings, manage flight proposals, and transfers to schools.
Administrative tasks: Handle incoming calls and emails and support the service desk.
