Job summary

Michael Page Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join an international, forward-thinking organization. You will combine customer focus with analytical skills and digital tools to ensure a proactive, smooth customer experience, focusing on orders, quotations follow-up, and long-term relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize service delivery, monitor KPIs, and contribute to digitalization and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Initial experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong Dutch and English communication; French is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset and comfortable working with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and monitor the order portfolio.
• Follow up on quotations and contribute to conversion rates.
• Deliver high-quality customer service tailored to segments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure smooth experience.
• Analyze customer data using dashboards to set priorities.
• Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
• Work with KPIs to optimize service performance.
