Job summary

Michael Page (Belgium) in the Liège area seeks a senior professional to lead electrical and automation solutions for international industrial projects. You will translate client needs into robust E&A proposals and manage budgets while coordinating with engineering and procurement teams.

The role requires 10+ years in technical sales or industrial project management, a Master’s in Civil or Industrial Engineering, and fluency in French and English (German is a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales and/or industrial project management.
• Master's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong expertise in industrial instrumentation, control, and automation systems.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and SAP.
• Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Define electrical and automation solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Review technical specifications, customer documentation, and contractual requirements.
• Develop and validate E&A budgets covering engineering and equipment costs.
• Present and technically defend proposals while supporting commercial negotiations.
• Manage project execution, ensuring coordination, planning, budgeting, and compliance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, risk management, and adherence to HSE standards.
