Job summary

Michael Page Belgium is seeking a versatile professional to join the Antwerp team in a role combining logistics and customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage orders from start to finish, and coordinate shipments with logistics partners.

The role requires collaboration with multiple departments—Operations, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance—while ensuring accurate export administration and timely invoicing. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• First relevant experience in a customer-facing role with varied administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of logistics flow, export and customs is not foreign to you.
• Enjoy working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Production and Finance.
• You speak and write English fluently; Dutch basics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer contact as the first point of contact for questions, complaints, and information requests.
• Manage the order-to-cash process from price confirmation to invoicing and payment.
• Coordinate logistics and shipments with partners and transporters; update ERP records.
