Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Global Cross-Border Process Lead to provide global process leadership for cross-border movements in the broader TDS network. You will establish standardized frameworks for import/export, regulatory, and tax requirements, and own governance of IOR/EOR models and Incoterms.

Candidates must have authorization to work in the country of employment and be prepared to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in supply chain/logistics.
MBA/MS is an asset; APICS certification is a plus.
Knowledge of customs brokerage and cross-border requirements.
Pharma distribution and logistics knowledge.
Strong analytical mindset and data-analysis skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.

Mansioni

Provide global process leadership for R&D cross-border movements.
Govern country-specific import/export, customs, regulatory, and EH&S requirements.
Manage the IOR/EOR models, Incoterms, and tax/duty governance.
Collaborate with Tax, Quality, Regulatory, and Logistics teams.
Develop and maintain global distribution-network standards and controls.
Drive standardization, digitization, and continuous improvement.
