Deutsche Bank in Brussels seeks a Relationship Manager for global subsidiary coverage. You will manage a portfolio of multinational clients and deliver treasury and financing solutions.

You will lead pitches, coordinate product specialists, ensure compliant processes, and build senior client relationships across Deutsche Bank's product lines. Fluent English required; Dutch or French desirable.

Qualifications

• Solid relationship management and client advisory experience in corporate banking.
• Ability to grow revenues and wallet share in multinational subsidiary clients.
• Lead complex transactions coordinating product specialists and credit teams.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML and regulatory compliance.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent English; Dutch and/or French desirable.

Responsibilities

Join our Corporate Coverage team in Brussels as a Relationship Manager, covering multinational subsidiary clients in Belgium. You will drive client growth, deliver strategic treasury and financing solutions, and build trusted relationships with senior finance and treasury stakeholders.

As a Relationship Manager, you are responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of multinational subsidiary clients in Belgium and act as their trusted advisor for banking, treasury, and financing needs.
• Develop senior client relationships, grow revenue, increase wallet share, and originate new business opportunities across Deutsche Bank’s product offering.
• Lead client pitches, proposals, and transaction execution by coordinating product specialists, credit partners, and international coverage teams.
• Ensure high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance, including Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, and financial crime prevention requirements.
• Drive franchise growth by developing client strategies, monitoring market opportunities, and coaching less experienced colleagues.

Skills

• Demonstrate strong relationship management, business development, and client advisory skills within corporate banking or financial services.
• Build trusted relationships with senior finance and treasury stakeholders and identify opportunities to grow client revenues and wallet share.
• Lead complex transactions and coordinate effectively with product specialists, credit, and international coverage teams.
• Apply sound risk management knowledge, including Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Combine strong commercial, client management, and banking expertise with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable.
