Materialise NV in Belgium seeks a senior legal professional to act as a go-to for corporate matters. You will lead expanded reporting (20-F, EU annual) and oversee SOX/internal controls, ensuring the group’s legal standing worldwide while coordinating with Nasdaq and Euronext Brussels listings.

You will also engage in M&A activities and serve as a Legal Business Partner across Software, Manufacturing, and Medical units, drafting and closing commercial transactions in a global, multilingual

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Knowledge of civil and common law, used in U.S. and UK contexts.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge of corporate and securities law in Belgian, U.S. and international contexts.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with M&A and cross-border transactions is preferred.
