Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a motivated Corporate Paralegal to join our Specialised Legal team in Belgium. You will support corporate housekeeping of SD Worx group companies in Belgium and across Europe, assist with M&A documentation and contribute to strategic corporate projects, working closely with senior colleagues.

Based in Belgium, you report to the Director Specialised Legal and collaborate with the M&A team, finance, business stakeholders, outside counsel and other legal and compliance functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law or paralegal studies or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar legal/paralegal/corporate support role.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate housekeeping of SD Worx group companies in Belgium and Europe.
• Assist with M&A-related corporate documentation.
• Maintain board/ shareholder registers and governance records.
• Coordinate with notaries, law firms and external stakeholders.
• Assist in drafting intercompany agreements and corporate templates.
• Support corporate registrations, publications, KYC and other formalities.
• Contribute to improving governance processes and documentation.
