Brussels Airlines is seeking a Cargo Sales Representative to sell freight capacity for scheduled Brussels Airlines flights operating from Togo, with Ghana base involvement. You will craft rate offers, manage bookings, and nurture opportunities across existing and new customers, cooperating with Lufthansa Cargo Sales and Handling teams.

You will report to the Cargo Head of Sales & Handling and Cargo Manager, participating in local sales events and promoting eChannel and eAWB solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor or technical college degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related field, or comparable work experience.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced IT knowledge, preferably including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Customer centricity and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in international contexts with remote management.
• Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills; English fluency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves sales budget targets for assigned accounts.
• Creates rate offers with and without guarantee of transportation.
• Enters into transportation agreements with customers.
• Identifies and manages opportunities with existing customers for long-term or regular business.
• Acquires new freight customers and develops cargo opportunities using sales tools and external information.
