Brussels Airlines is seeking a Warehousing & Logistics Manager within the Maintenance & Engineering department. You will oversee day-to-day logistics for aircraft parts and tooling, lead warehousing, inventory control, and ensure compliance with customs, IATA DGR, and export controls to support uninterrupted maintenance operations.
You will manage a team of about 20 FTE, drive lean improvements, implement digitalization, and align with Lufthansa Group partners to safeguard operational continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level engineering or equivalent with business exposure.
- 5+ years in logistics/supply chain, aviation preferred.
- Strong leadership experience and staff coaching capability.
- Fluent in English; Dutch/French a plus.
Responsabilités
- Oversee day-to-day logistics lifecycle for aircraft parts and tooling.
- Lead warehousing and inventory control across multiple storage locations.
- Ensure compliance with customs, IATA DGR, CBAM and export controls.
- Drive lean improvements, digitalization and automation in logistics.
- Manage an approx. 20 FTE team and ensure continuity via deputies.
