Atlas Copco Group in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking a Global Academy Manager for the Portable Power and Flow division. You will lead the division-wide academy, translating strategy into scalable learning pathways, accelerating knowledge transfer and strengthening collaboration across Product Companies and Customer Centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, Education or related field.
• Significant experience leading learning, academy, capability-development or technical-training programs in a complex international organization with engineering-based experience.
• Demonstrated experience translating business strategy and technical requirements into competence frameworks and scalable learning journeys.
• Experience coordinating geographically dispersed stakeholders and influencing senior leaders in a matrix organization.
• Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, assessment, digital learning and knowledge-management practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Set academy strategy and governance, translating strategy into annual priorities and an academy roadmap.
• Define competence architecture, establish role-based frameworks and learning pathways across functions.
• Develop Learning Intelligence platform, managing the academy’s learning ecosystem and LMS, with analytics and dashboards.
• Design and manage blended learning solutions with a global network of experts, mentors and trainers.
• Drive program rollout, engagement and community, building an academy identity across PowerTec and FlowTec.
• Support integration and transformation, standardizing and upskilling across the division.
