Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Business, Education or related field
• Significant experience leading learning, academy or capability-development programs in a complex international organization with engineering-based experience
• Demonstrated ability translating business strategy into competence frameworks and scalable learning journeys
• Experience coordinating geographically dispersed stakeholders and influencing senior leaders in a matrix organization
• Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, digital learning and knowledge-management practices
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage

Responsabilités

• Set academy strategy and governance, translating divisional strategy into annual priorities and an academy roadmap
• Define competence architecture and learning pathways across functions
• Develop Learning Intelligence platform with LMS, analytics, and dashboards
• Design and manage blended learning solutions with a global network of experts and trainers
• Drive program rollout, engagement and community, leveraging PowerTec and FlowTec
• Support integration and transformation of acquisitions into the academy framework
