Clinisys in Ghent, Belgium seeks an experienced LIS/LIMS implementation specialist to install, configure and integrate laboratory software within customer workflows, delivering end-to-end LIS projects and acting as a trusted technical contact.

You will work with project managers, identify risks, document plans, support AI-enabled data workflows, and train customers on system usage. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field or IT training with medical lab process experience.
• Experience implementing LIS/LIMS systems with strong lab process understanding.
• Familiarity with HL7, ASTM, IHE standards and IT applications.

Responsabilités

• Install and configure laboratory software systems and integrate into workflows.
• Deliver LIS projects and act as a subject matter expert for customers.
• Communicate risks clearly and prepare execution plans and documentation.
• Support AI-enabled data and analytics workflows within LIS/LIMS environments.
• Train customers on system usage and coordinate handovers with development teams.
