Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
• Manage the customer journey, ensuring documentation compliance.
• Collaborate with Payments and Collections teams for retention.
• Identify customer pain points and suggest product improvements.

Fluent in German (C1-level or Native)
