Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a German-speaking customer service professional in Brussels to act as the main contact for German-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, assist with banking products and transactions, and ensure compliant, high-quality service while collaborating with colleagues.

The role offers a full-time position with remote working opportunities, a fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule, and opportunities for training, development, and FSMA

Qualifications

• Speak German fluently and have a good level of English or French.
• Be comfortable communicating with different types of customers.
• Stay organized and pay attention to details.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact person for German-speaking customers.
• Answer customer questions by phone and email.
• Help customers with banking products, services, and account-related requests.
• Support customers with transactions and general banking questions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in German.
• Follow banking regulations and company procedures.
• Build positive relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Work closely with colleagues and share knowledge with the team
