Job summary

Arendt Investor Services (AIS) invites applications for an Intern - Fund Administration Applications Solutions. You will support daily operations, assist with data analysis and reporting, and help maintain internal systems while contributing to process improvements.

Ideal candidates are pursuing/finished a Finance, Accounting, Business, or IS degree, with strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and English fluency. Knowledge of Power Query/VBA/Python is a plus, and multi-tasking is essential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong interest in financial services, investment funds and technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
• Knowledge of Power Query, VBA, Python or data analytics tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the Fund Applications Solutions team in daily operations and projects.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting and process improvements.
• Help maintain and enhance internal systems and applications.
• Support testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Contribute to documentation, data quality reviews and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate processes.
• Provide administrative and project support when required.
