delaware BeLux is seeking a seasoned Dynamics CE consultant to drive customer engagements across Service, Sales and Marketing processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will lead presales activities, workshops, analysis, customization, documentation, and training up to go-live, while shaping solutions and guiding junior teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Dynamics CE consultant or similar tool, focusing on Service, Sales and/or Marketing.
• Experience working closely with customers.
• Wants to take on presales and lead workshops.
• Excellent listener and communicator, fluent in Dutch/French and English.
• Analytical mind able to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Willing to coach junior colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Take the lead in projects from pre-sales to go live, including workshops, analysis, customization, documentation and training.
• Contribute to improvements in our ways of working and coach junior colleagues.

As a functional consultant, you have a passion for marketing, sales or service. You love to work customer facing and get energy out of helping them reach their goals.

You like to take the lead in projects, and want to be involved in pre-sales, workshops, analysis, customizing, documentation and training, up until the go live.

You can understand and gather customers' needs while also challenging them, to then translate them into a sustainable solution. With your knowledge of Service, Sales or marketing business processes, you can tackle these challenges without a doubt!

But it doesn't stop at pure customer work: you are willing to help us improve our way of working and are open to coaching your junior colleagues.

Is there a match?

• have more than 5 years of professional experience as a Dynamics CE consultant or a similar tool, with a focus on Service, sales and/or marketing
• have experience working closely with customers.
• want to take on presales and lead workshops.
• are an excellent listener and communicator, fluent in Dutch/French and English
• have a sharp, analytical mind and know how to strip messages to the core.
• instinctively understand business needs, ask plenty of questions and know how to translate problems into IT solutions.
