delaware BeLux is seeking a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations for customers in Belgium and beyond. You will configure modules, perform fit-gap analyses and collaborate with technical teams on integrations.

You will engage with local and international clients, facilitate workshops, and mentor junior colleagues. Fluency in Dutch or French and strong English are expected, with warehousing experience a plus.

• Able to translate business needs into workable D365 SCM solutions.

You get a kick out of untangling a customer's supply chain, from procurement to warehousing and logistics, and turning it into a smooth-running Dynamics 365 setup. You read a business situation fast and translate it into solutions that actually work, and you feel just as at home with warehouse operators as with management. Sound like you? What will you be doing?

• Deliver end-to-end D365 Supply Chain Management implementations, from configuration and data migration to testing, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Analyse business processes and perform fit-gap analyses, translating business requirements into practical D365 SCM solutions.
• Configure and optimise D365 SCM modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, Production and Warehouse Management.
• Collaborate with developers and technical experts on integrations, customisations and complex customer requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and testing activities, supporting key users throughout the implementation journey.
• Work with customers across industries and project environments, from local implementations to international roll-outs.
• Coach junior colleagues and continue building your own career path, with opportunities to grow towards roles such as Project Manager or Solution Architect.
• Bring warehouse management experience? We'll make sure you can use it on relevant WMS/WHS projects that match your expertise and interests.

• have some hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management as a consultant, combined with a genuine interest in supply chain, logistics or operations processes
• can quickly assess a customer's business situation and translate it into clear, workable functional solutions
• are well-organised, a good communicator and customer-oriented by nature
• are fluent in Dutch or French, with a good level of proficiency in English
• strong plus (not a must): have warehousing (WMS/WHS) experience within D365 SCM
• nice-to-have: hold a Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (such as MB-330)
• are open to working from one of our delaware offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège or Wavre, combined with time spent on-site with our customers
