We're currently looking for a Freelance Functional Analyst to support a key transformation programme for a client based in East Flanders.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience in business and functional analysis
• Ability to gather, challenge and document business requirements
• Experience translating requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working closely with business teams, product owners and developers
• Previous experience within large-scale transformation, ERP or digitalisation projects is beneficial
• Fluent English required; Dutch is an advantage
