Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Skilled Functional Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams in Antwerp for a 12-month freelance assignment. The role emphasizes translating requirements into functional specs, documenting processes and supporting agile delivery and UAT.

You will gather and document business needs, create user stories, collaborate across IT and business units, and drive process improvements while ensuring alignment with SDLC standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, functional analysis or requirements management.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with UAT, functional testing and defect management.

Functional Analyst - Freelance – Pharmaceutical Sector – Antwerp

A leading client of ours in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a skilled and analytical Functional Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on understanding business requirements, analysing existing processes, translating business needs into functional specifications, and supporting the delivery of effective IT solutions.

Working in a healthcare environment, the Functional Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, enhance system performance, support digital transformation initiatives, and ensure that technology solutions meet business and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and functional specifications.
