Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd in Belgium seeks a Functional Analyst to translate customer and business needs into clear HR platform solutions. You will be the link between product, development and customer teams in Kontich, collaborating across the HR SaaS space.

Youll gather needs, write functional analyses, work with developers during build, support testing and releases, and keep end users in mind. Fluent Dutch and English are required, French a plus, with flexible hybrid work near Kontich.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Functional Analyst in SaaS or software products.
• Structured and precise, able to describe complex processes simply.
• Able to talk with both customers and developers.
• HR, payroll or workforce management knowledge is a strong plus.
• Salesforce knowledge is a big plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with French a plus.

On behalf of a SaaS client we are looking for a Functional Analyst to translate customer and business needs into clear, well-thought-out solutions for its HR platform.

They build HR software used by organisations to manage payroll, time and people data. From its office near Kontich, product, development and customer teams work closely together, and the Functional Analyst is the link between them.

The role

• Gathering needs from customers and internal teams, and digging into the real problem behind each request
• Writing functional analyses and specifications that developers and testers can work from
• Working closely with developers during build, answering questions and adjusting where needed
• Supporting testing and acceptance, and helping with release and customer communication
• Challenging ideas constructively and keeping the end user in mind

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a Functional Analyst, ideally in SaaS or software products
• Structured and precise, and able to describe complex processes simply
• Comfortable talking with both customers and developers
• HR, payroll or workforce management/recruitment knowledge is a strong plus
• Skills in Salesforce.com is a big plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with French a plus
