Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Partner Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Bulgaria team. You will bridge consumer electronics technology with our business partners, ensuring seamless integration and high-level support.

You will be the primary technical contact for French-speaking partners, troubleshoot complex devices, train partners on new product releases, and help maintain partner workflows.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• English proficiency for international collaboration.
• EU passport required.
• Interest or experience in consumer electronics.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary technical contact for French-speaking partners.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for complex smart devices and peripherals.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve escalated issues and ensure premium service.
• Train partners on new product releases and innovative hardware features.
• Maintain detailed documentation to improve partner workflows and product performance.
• Ensure SLAs are met while upholding high standards in the consumer electronics industry.
