Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Partner Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Bulgaria team. You will bridge consumer electronics technology with our business partners, ensuring seamless integration and high-level support.

You will be the primary technical contact for French-speaking partners, troubleshoot complex devices, train partners on new product releases, and help maintain partner workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for French-speaking partners within the consumer electronics ecosystem.


• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical guidance for complex smart devices and hardware peripherals.


• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring premium service delivery.


• Maintain detailed documentation of technical interactions to improve partner workflows and product performance.


• Analyze consumer electronics usage trends to provide proactive solutions for our corporate partners.


• Conduct remote training sessions for partners on new product releases and innovative consumer hardware features.


• Ensure all service level agreements are met while maintaining the high standards expected in the consumer electronics industry.


• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).


• Valid EU passport (mandatory).


• Proven interest or experience in the consumer electronics industry or technical support sector.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.


• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team in Sofia.


• Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for modern technology.
